The other European team in the competition, Norway, has a rest day today before their crunch semi-final against Japan tomorrow at 16:00. The winners of that match will face either Canada or the USA, who meet in the other semi-final at 19:00.
Norway avoided playing against the fancied Canadian team in the semis thanks to a close 2-1 victory over the USA in their last group-stage match. The Scandinavians were two goals up after five minutes before the USA pulled one back, but Norway held on for victory and first place in the group.
