The deadline for the first phase of the process is Saturday December 1st 2007 and projects must meet the following conditions:

1 Be implemented between 1 January ¿ 31 December 2008.

2 Involve two or more IPC Member Organizations in good standing.

3 focus on sports and disciplines on the Paralympic Programme.

4 Have confirmed matching funds (1-1) from the following sources: government, non-governmental organizations, private donations, sport federations or funding from the applying organization.
